FAQ: How to Fix Common Errors
Most errors on PhotoResizer.us are caused by browser limitations since we process everything locally.
Common Fixes:
- Aw, Snap! (Out of memory): Close other tabs or try a smaller image size. Browsers limit memory per tab.
- Format not supported: Ensure the file is actually a JPG, PNG, or WebP. Sometimes files are misnamed.
- Stuck on processing: An adblocker or strict tracking protection might be blocking our local processing scripts. Try disabling them temporarily for our site.
