• Paid Services: AI-powered US visa and passport photo compliance checking, auto-fix features, and Expert Human Review services available through a credit-based system.

3. U.S. Government Disclaimer

While we continuously update our tool configurations to match official government guidelines (e.g., US Passport — 2×2 inches, DS-160 — 600×600px under 240KB), we do not guarantee that the resulting image will be accepted by any government portal, embassy, consulate, or third-party service. The user assumes all responsibility for verifying that the output file meets the specific criteria of the platform they are uploading to.

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. All core image processing functions on PhotoResizer.us are performed locally within your web browser using client-side JavaScript technologies. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to any external servers (except in the case of paid Expert Human Review, where photos are transmitted via encrypted channel and deleted within 48 hours).

A. Credit Purchases

• Credits can be purchased via Razorpay (credit/debit card, UPI, or other available methods)
• Credits never expire — once purchased, they remain available indefinitely
• Each credit allows you to download one AI-verified, compliance-checked photo
• Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region

B. Expert Human Review Service

• For $7.99 (one-time, no subscription), a certified photo compliance specialist will personally review your photo
• You will receive a detailed pass/fail report within 24 hours via email
• If your photo fails, you receive specific fix instructions
• 100% acceptance guarantee — if your photo is rejected after our review confirms it passes, we provide a free re-review

C. Refund Policy

• Unused Credits: Refund requests for unused credits can be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing photoresizer.us@gmail.com
• Used Credits: Credits that have been used to download photos are non-refundable
• Expert Review: If the Expert Review service is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund
• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical error that prevents you from using a credit, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund

6. Fair Use & Restrictions

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal and commercial file processing. However, you agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
• Use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

PhotoResizer.us is primarily designed for users in the United States and those applying for U.S. government-related documents (visas, passports, Green Cards). While the service is accessible internationally, our photo specifications, AI compliance checks, and Expert Review standards are calibrated exclusively against U.S. government requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on PhotoResizer.us are provided on an "as is" basis. PhotoResizer.us makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
